    my fiance and i celebrated our first year anniversary at crown plaza last weekend, and it was a delightful experience. from the warm welcome at the reception and the stunning view to the unexpected anniversary cake and fruits, everything was exceptional. the staff, from the dedicated Mr Anmol and Mr Zain to the concierge, valet, and restaurant staff, all contributed to making our stay comfortable and pleasant.

    Our room was equipped for only one person, and the fridge wasn't working, inconvenient. the attentive staff and really good service from Nelson in the restaurant made our stay at Crowne Plaza really good. I'll recommend this hotel.

    The Crowne Plaza Yas Island was a great choice for my second visit. The breakfast and restaurants were delicious, with a nice view of the golf course from our room. The swimming pool was well-maintained, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for visiting the nearby attractions, and the voucher for Yas Beach was a huge plus. The chefs were lovely, especially the one in the red shirt who made delicious noodles and was accommodating and polite. Our room was clean and tidy, making for a reliable and convenient stay as a light sleeper.

    A bad smell in the steam room and some rust on the spotlights were observed. It would be great if the steam room had a mint or strong aromatic scent, and it would be a nice addition to have a jacuzzi in the hotel.

    the rooms were very nice and clean. the location is great - really close to ferrari world and warner bros. the hotel also allowed us to check in early and gave us discounts during dinner - which was awesome.
